Your Guest Card

Please note that there are different versions of the guest card:

• the digital version

• in credit card format or personal A4 information sheet and

• by means of a registration pad

The accommodation of your choice will have your guest card ready for you in advance.

How do I get my digital guest card? Your host will send you an email in advance with a link where you can activate your guest card (= create a user account). How do I get my guest card in credit card format or my personal A4 information sheet? This will be given to you by your host on arrival. You can then activate your guest card online and use the digital benefits from then on. To activate it, simply scan the QR code and follow the next steps. How can I use my guest card using the registration pad? You will receive your guest card from your landlord by means of a registration pad on arrival, then you can use the benefits on site by showing this card. It is not possible to activate a digital version here.

Click on the link that you received from your host by email before your arrival and this will take you to the registration page. Simply follow the next steps there.

• Do you already have an existing user account on mayrhofen.at or myZillertal.at? Then log in with your user data.

• Don't have a user account yet? Then create a new user account on mayhrofen.at or myZillertal.at.

The guest card number is issued individually (the number of digits varies) and should be noted directly on your letter. The guest card number is automatically stored during the scan and only needs to be entered manually when called up directly. If you have not received an e-mail from your host, please contact your landlord directly.

How do I activate my guest card in credit card format or with the personal A4 info sheet? To do this, scan the QR code of your guest card or your personal A4 information sheet on site, which your host will give you on arrival. To activate this, you also need a user account either on myzillertal or mayrhofen.at. As soon as you have completed the registration/login process, you can also use the digital benefits of the guest card.

Once you have activated your guest card, it is saved on mayrhofen.at or myZillertal.at under the menu item “Wallet”.

You can find out about the benefits of the guest card here. As soon as you have activated your digital guest card, you will find your additional benefits in your Wallet on mayrhofen.at or myzillertal.at. If you have installed the myZillertal app on your cell phone, you will also find your benefits under the menu item “Wallet”.

Each family member receives their own guest card. However, it is possible for a family member to save all guest cards in their wallet on mayrhofen.at or myzillertal.at or directly on their smart phone using the myZillertal-App.

No problem. Just ask your host for a copy.

Regardless of which option you choose, the login data can then be used on all the platforms mentioned.
