Our apartment hotel is situated next to the valley station of the Zillertal Arena. It takes only two minutes to get to the station, taking you to the largest ski and hiking area of Zillertal Valley.
Our ten "Wohlfühl" apartments accomodate 2 - 6 people, while our double rooms are for two people, and each has its own unique touch. The 4-star apartments and the room are all furnished in wood from our native forests, and offer the perfect place to relax and enjoy a healthy night's sleep. Our comfortable apartments are fully equipped and have one or two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Each apartment also has a lovely balcony or terrace.

The children will be delighted by our large playroom, table football, table tennis, trampoline and playground. This is not only environmentally friendly, but also extremely efficient. The temperature of the groundwater remains relatively constant throughout the year, which means that our building can benefit from this sustainable energy source at any time of year. This significantly reduces energy consumption and minimizes CO2 emissions.
In addition to the groundwater heat pump, we have installed a powerful photovoltaic system on the roof. The solar cells generate clean, renewable electricity and provide us with most of the electrical energy we need. Surplus electricity can simply be fed into the general power grid and is thus available to the public grid. This in turn helps to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels.
Since not only we, but also many of our guests, embrace the "green concept" and electromobility is becoming increasingly important worldwide, the e-charging station for our house guests is also part of our sustainability concept. It allows our guests to conveniently charge their electric cars while they relax in their apartment or enjoy other activities. This is not only practical, but also promotes the use of environmentally friendly means of transportation.
