The Edelweiss apartment on the 2nd FLOOR features 3 double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, a balcony, and free Wi-Fi.

In front of the house, there are two free parking spaces for each apartment.

The center of Kaltenbach with shops, ski stores, ski rentals, and depots is just a 5-minute walk away.

In summer, the quiet location in the mountains invites pleasant hiking tours in the nearby hiking area Hochzillertal. Outdoor swimming pools like the Badewelt Stumm and the swimming lake at Camping Aufenfeld in Aschau are only 8 minutes away by car.

In winter, the ski areas Hochzillertal are 5 minutes, Spieljoch 10 minutes, and Hochfügen 30 minutes by car from our house. An ideal starting point for ski tourers.

The toboggan runs at Goglhof in Fügen and Hainzenberg can both be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
