The apartment at a glance - With around 75 m² of living space, the high-quality lodge can accommodate up to 4 people and impresses with its well-thought-out floor plan. Features: private entrance with cloakroom, a spacious bedroom with double bed, bright bathroom with bathtub, shower & double sink, separate toilet, cosy living area with large sofa area, TV & direct access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and additional utility room with washing facilities, (sunny terrace with garden area for exclusive use (is there a terrace?). Elegant wooden floors, clean lines and plenty of natural light create a harmonious living environment – ideal for couples, small families or good friends.

Perfectly located in winter and summer

In winter, you can reach the top ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal and Hochfügen in just a few minutes – ideal for anyone who likes to be the first to leave their tracks in the powder snow. A special highlight for families is the toboggan run at Spieljoch, which guarantees winter fun away from the slopes. The Erlebnistherme Zillertal spa in Fügen offers relaxation after active hours – with water slides, saunas and feel-good moments for all generations.

In summer, the Fügen outdoor pool, Lake Schlitterer and the extensive network of cycling and hiking trails in the Zillertal, which can be explored right from the front door, are particularly appealing. Highly recommended: the nature trail in Hart with the impressive Schleier waterfall – an ideal destination for family hikes and enjoying nature up close.
