Our Villa Francesca is located on a small hill, where you enjoy an overview of Zell. You can reach the Centre of Zell am Ziller walking from our villa, the nearest ski bus stop from our villa is just 100 metres away. After a tiring day, you can relax on the terrace/garden and listening to the murmur of the stream. Our garden offers a 50 m square pond (along with stream), where you can also jump because the deepest point is approx. 1,90 m. You can enjoy a massage in our heated jacuzzi, which stands in the garden and is roof.
