Rosa’s apartment accommodates up to three people and is the ideal retreat for couples, small families, or friends who want to actively explore the Zillertal and spend restful days in the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region.

The town center of Fügen, with its shops, restaurants, and leisure activities, is about 2 km away. The Kapfing train station and the nearest bus stop are both approximately a 14-minute walk away. The Fügen thermal spa is only 1.4 km from the accommodation and invites you to soothing relaxation all year round.

In summer, you can start diverse hikes and bike tours directly from the accommodation. Thanks to its convenient location, Rosa’s apartment is also an ideal starting point for excursions and discovery tours throughout the entire Zillertal. For a refreshing cool off, the Fügen outdoor pool, just 1.3 km away, is perfect. The Schlitter lake, around 6.5 km away, also offers swimming fun and relaxation for the whole family. Golf lovers can reach the Zillertal-Uderns golf course in just 2.5 km.

In winter, several attractive ski areas await you in the vicinity. The Spieljoch ski area in Fügen is only 2 km away. Alongside well-groomed ski slopes, you can also enjoy a fun toboggan ride at Spieljoch. The Hochzillertal ski area in Kaltenbach is about 6.2 km away, while the Hochfügen ski area is around 13.2 km distant. The nearest ski bus stop is just about an eight-minute walk away, allowing for easy access to the slopes.
