Our apartments: "TOP 1" and  "TOP 2" are located in the Brandberg-Strasse number 354, (only a 3 minute walk from the CHALET and our PRIVATE HOUSE) in a very central and very quiet position. The apartments are only for NON-SMOKERS! Erlebnisbad leisure pool, Scheuling Forest, Forest Festival Area Stage and Cabins: Advent-Market: Friday and Saturday evenings, mini-golf, tennis/ice skating rink, cross country ski trails, ski bus stop and the Europahaus Convention Centre are all nearby. 5 minute walk to the Penkenbahn lifts and town centre. 8 minute walk to the new Ahornbahn cable car.

YOU CAN BOOK THE CHALET FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!

The Chalet is in the Peter-Habeler-Street 552a located in a very quiet and very central location. It consists of 1 double bedroom with couch, 1 double bedrom and 1 toilett on the first floor. On the ground floor are the living

room, the eat-in kitchen and the bathroom, consisting of a shower, a toilett and a sink.

GUIDELINES

Per accomodation is 1 parking bay for cars, not suitable for vans or buses.

We require 100% rent for booking in advance. 

For short-term bookings is on the day of arrival to pay the total sum in cash in Euros in advance.

For short stay up to 3 nights is after booking the total rent has to be paid in advance.

Please note, that additional fees apply, if a costly cleaning is required.

An early check-in is subject to availability and is carried out for a fee of 50% of the price of the apartment and

of the Chalet.
