Landhaus Kröll

Family Kröll warmly welcomes you to the cozy and family-friendly Landhaus Kröll.

In a quiet, sunny location on Fügenberg and only about a 10-minute walk from the village center of Fügen. The guesthouse is located directly on the ski slope, just 100 meters above the Spieljochbahn valley station. Our accommodation offers space for up to 21 people, making it ideal for family vacations or larger travel groups.

Layout for 21 guests in 10 rooms. On the first floor, there are 2 triple rooms with shower/WC and sink, 2 double rooms, and a single room with a sink, shower + WC opposite each other. On the second floor, there are 4 double rooms with shower, WC, and sink, and 1 double room with shower and sink, with the WC opposite. 2 children's beds available free of charge upon request.

Furthermore, there is a communal kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, 2 kettles, and a pantry opposite.

The drying room/heating room for ski clothing, including ski boot dryer and washing machine, is located in the basement. The garage has space for skis and ski poles. 3 sleds are available for free.

A terrace with garden furniture and 3 garden grills is located directly in front of Landhaus Kröll. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are included.

The nearest grocery stores are about 0.5 km away. Within a radius of 200 meters, you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, and après-ski locations. The ski areas Hochzillertal and Hochfügen can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The free ski buses depart directly at the Spieljochbahn valley station. The Erlebnistherme Zillertal with attached outdoor swimming pool can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.

Landhaus Kröll offers the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking tours with the family. In summer, the hiking trails of the First Holiday Region in Zillertal lead directly past the guesthouse, and the stop for the hiking bus to Hochfügen is located at the valley station of the Spieljochbahn.

Upon request, we offer a bread roll service directly from the baker. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a fee of € 25.00 per pet/night and prior consultation with us.

Landhaus Kröll is a true self-catering house, so please bring your own bed linens, bath and hand towels, dish towels, toilet paper, etc.
