The Country House Dornau is located in a quiet yet central location. With only a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Penkenbahn, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful hiking and skiing holiday in the Zillertal Alps. The village center with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, Congress Zillertal – Europahaus Mayrhofen, and much more can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Hikes or leisurely strolls can be started directly from the accommodation. Via ferratas, mountain huts, mountain bike trails, paragliding schools, and much more can be found directly in Mayrhofen, making every heart race! All apartments were mostly renovated in summer 2020.

In summer 2026 (from early May to the end of October), free entry to the outdoor pools in Mayrhofen and Hippach, use of the tennis courts in Mayrhofen and Hippach, free entry to the indoor pool in Mayrhofen, and free entry to the sauna at the adventure pool in Mayrhofen. There is the possibility to have breakfast at the neighboring hotel (just a few minutes' walk away) and enjoy the wellness area. You can book this on-site as needed.
