In Aschau in the beautiful Zillertal, the Kohlerhof farmhouse welcomes you in a wonderfully quiet yet central location amidst the impressive Zillertal mountain world. Our farmhouse is part of an agricultural operation and is located on the sunny outskirts of Aschau im Zillertal, just a 10-minute walk from the town center. The stop for the free ski bus is only a 5-minute walk away, and you will find the beautifully groomed cross-country ski trails as well as pleasant to challenging hiking and mountain biking paths right by the Kohlerhof. Our farmhouse is situated between the top ski areas Hochzillertal - Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena, which can be reached comfortably in just 10 minutes by car. Fun and action for the whole family await you at the Aufenfeld recreational facility, which features a climbing hall, swimming pond, playground, and much more. The apartment for 5 people is located on the 1st floor of our Kohlerhof and offers a beautiful living space of 67 sqm with a romantic dining area in the bay window as well as a fully equipped kitchen. In the apartment, you will sleep in cozy double rooms and one single room. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet. It offers a large and sunny balcony with a magnificent view of the Zillertal mountain world. In the morning, we are happy to bring you crispy rolls to your apartment. For our guests, private parking, high chair, crib, and board games for the children, as well as a ski room with a boot dryer for your sports equipment, are available. After an active day of vacation in the Zillertal or at the ski area, relax on our green and sunny lawn while your children have fun on the playground with trampoline and swings. Summer and winter, the Zillertal offers a varied program for the whole family: hiking in green forests, skiing in the diverse Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area, or an active mountain biking tour.
