Description
We are a cozy, traditionally guided hotel with restaurant in Ramsau/Zillertal. A place of relaxation, enjoyment and hospitality. Our guests appreciate the homelike furnished rooms, the wonderful sun terrace as well as our bar area with HD - TV. The preparation of our international and regional specialties is made from fresh ingredients and mainly domestic products.
In our hotel you have free WI-FI in all areas and enough parking spaces, some partly covered, directly at the hotel.
Off the main road and not on the mountain, we are on the sunny side of the Zillertal, 25 km away from the Hintertux Glacier, 2 km before Mayrhofen in the immediate vicinity of the villages bus and train station. The ideal location – central, calm and easy to reach. Our guests can reach all ski and hiking areas quickly and easily.

Conditions and Information
Arrival by car Take the Inntalautobahn A12 motorway until the exit for Zillertal. From there drive another 30 km along the main Zillertal thoroughfare Nr. B169 to Ramsau. Pass the traffic lights in Hippach, Ramsau and continue straight ahead in the direction of Mayrhofen. After ca. 400m (4th exit on the left) turn off diagonally towards Bichl, where you will see our Hotel Theresia. Drive up the small hill and turn again.
