Description
Our apartment house Kaltenbach Stumm is located sunny and quiet in the center of Stumm. Restaurants, shops, and the supermarket can be easily reached on foot. The ski bus stop is only about 50 meters away. The ski bus will take you to the valley station of the gondolas in Kaltenbach in just a few minutes.
The total of 7 holiday apartments for 2-8 people are spread over 3 floors. The holiday apartments on the 3rd floor have slight slants in some rooms. On the first floor, the common room invites our guests to gather after skiing (until about 10 PM at room volume). You can store your skis and snowboards in the ski cellar with an electric ski boot dryer in our apartment house Kaltenbach-Stumm.
A free parking space is available in front of the house for each holiday apartment. There are no additional parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. One pet per holiday apartment is welcome and costs €10 per day.

Conditions and Information
Arrival per car to Stumm - Kaltenbach: Inntalautobahn (A12 - toll road, A13 - toll road) - exit Zillertal, Bundesstrasse (B169) to Stumm. Take the 3rd exit into the village of Stumm. Check-in: 4-7 pm.
