Haus Sabrina

Warm welcome to Haus Sabrina in the beautiful Zillertal in Kaltenbach with a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountain world! Our house is located in Kaltenbach, Tyrol, in a quiet area, right on the Zillertal High Road and in the midst of the Hochzillertal ski area at an altitude of 750m. From our 2 holiday apartments, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Zillertal and its mountains. It was built in 2012/2013, and accordingly, our 2 holiday apartments are newly furnished. If you are looking for peace in summer and want to enjoy hikes in the nearby mountains, you are exactly right with us. Our house is located in a quiet area directly on the Zillertal High Road and is an optimal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain bike tours. Motorcyclists will find our house the best starting point for numerous tours to high alpine passes and routes. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the newly built golf course in Uderns in the Zillertal. Enjoy numerous activities in winter, such as skiing and snowboarding, snowshoe hiking, and tobogganing fun for the whole family. In winter, our house is perfectly located for winter sports enthusiasts. In just 3 minutes on foot, you can start pure skiing fun on the Stefan Eberharter Goldpiste, the valley run of the Hochzillertal ski area. From there, you can directly reach the valley station Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach. The free ski bus to the top ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen in Kaltenbach stops right in front of our house. In just 5 minutes by car, you are in the town center or at the Hochzillertal ski area. Numerous shops, restaurants, ski rentals, etc., are also reachable within a few minutes by car. After an active day on the slopes, relax in the Erlebnistherme Fügen with its spacious wellness area.

Our holiday apartment in Haus Sabrina accommodates up to 4 people (5 with an extra bed). Right in front of the apartment, there is a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the peace and the wonderful view. The holiday apartment features a modern bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and walk-in shower, a spacious living bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed and seating for 6 people (Sat/TV, internet, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric stove, ceramic hob, microwave, vacuum cleaner,...), a double bedroom, and another bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra bed or travel cot can be added in the bedroom. Our Garconniere accommodates 1-2 people and consists of a living-sleeping room with a fully equipped kitchen (Sat/TV, internet, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave,...), seating for 2 people, and a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. Our apartments are located on the ground floor and are equipped with walk-in showers, making them accessible for people with disabilities. Our bed linens are suitable for allergy sufferers. For our little guests, we have a playground in our garden equipped with a swing, baby swing, slide, large sandbox, big trampoline, and plenty of toys. Our four rabbits hop around in the garden and enjoy the affection of the little ones. Our two cuddly cats also look forward to some petting. Your dog is also warmly welcome upon request. Our terrace is fenced, thereby protecting your children and your four-legged friend from the not heavily trafficked road. We offer our guests free Wi-Fi throughout the holiday apartment. If you wish, we will gladly bring you fresh baked goods from the bakery every morning, except Sundays. For your children, we provide a high chair and crib, and you can safely store your sports equipment dry in our garage with a boot dryer.
