Our house is - despite its proximity to the town center - in a quiet and idyllic location. Enjoy your stay in our apartment (self-catering) or in a cozy double room (also self-catering / no breakfast). Gladly we offer a sitting room with a little kitchen for our guests.
In addition to wonderful alpine views you are still located centrally - bike trails, ski bus station, restaurants and much more are reachable in walking distance.

About the Inn valley motorway A12 to the Zillertal exit and from there another 30 km on the Zillertal Highway No. B169 until after Schwendau. If you arrive after 18 clock we request that you notify us by phone shortly before. Even after leaving the room you can enjoy the last day still correct and leave your luggage with us! WIFI is available!
