Haus Erika – Your retreat on Stummerberg in Zillertal/Tyrol

Welcome to Haus Erika on Stummerberg, located at approx. 950 m above sea level, in a quiet, secluded location right on the edge of the forest. Enjoy breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Zillertal valley and the surrounding mountains – a true paradise for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

Location: The house is located in idyllic surroundings, just a few minutes away from the Gasthof Tannenalm with its cozy à la carte restaurant. In winter, the Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach ski area is only 6 km away (approx. 10 minutes by car). The Zillertal Arena ski area is 12 km away (approx. 20 minutes by car). In summer, the hiking trail starts directly behind the house and takes you to the beautiful Märzengrund or to other hiking destinations in the region. 

Arrival: The house is accessible via a well-maintained mountain road. In winter, winter tires or snow chains are required, depending on snow conditions.

The apartment: The country-style apartment can accommodate 2-4 people and is perfect for couples or small families looking for peace and comfort.

Bedroom: Built-in bedroom made of solid wood with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. Living room: Pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 people (lying surface 160 x 200), TV, tiled stove (not heatable) and access to the balcony with a magnificent view. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and dining area – ideal for convivial evenings. Pantry: A separate pantry offers plenty of storage space for your supplies. Bathroom: Spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and waching machine. Balcony: The living room and kitchen open directly onto the balcony – perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.
