We, the Neuner family, would like to warmly welcome you to House Elfriede.
We offer our guests: An 85m2 holiday apartment in the center of Schwendau, peaceful, sunny location with its own sun terrace, ski bus stop 50m away, 2 minutes by car to the Horbergbahn (Mayrhofen mountain lifts), 5 minutes by car to Zell am Ziller - entry to the Zillertal Arena. Ice skating rink in Mayrhofen and Zell am Ziller. There is also something for tobogganers in Hainzenberg with refreshment stations. The Hintertux Glacier is easily accessible by bus or car. In summer, our outdoor pool in the village is easily reachable by bus, bike, or on foot. Cycling paths along the Ziller promenade invite you for a spin. To unwind after a hike or bike ride, you can linger on the terrace on a warm summer night.
