We are a young, loving local family and are looking forward to welcoming you to our home.

We live happily in the guesthouse and are gladly available for your questions and wishes. The reception is not staffed at all times, but we are happy to be reached by email or phone. Several photos, details, information, info "parking", registration, activities in the area, and special requests can be discussed in person. For arrival and departure, we can arrange everything in advance.

Cash payment is preferred; unfortunately, card payment is not possible. However, you can present a transfer confirmation in advance or upon arrival.

"The House as a Vacation Apartment"

Our spacious house accommodates up to 16 guests – perfect for families, friends, or group holidays.

Enjoy communal meals in the large kitchen, cozy evenings in the garden and on the terrace, as well as beautiful morning hours with a view of the mountains. A quiet, comfortable base to relax, reconnect, and experience life in the Zillertal Alps. Upon request, there is the possibility to use a second kitchen.

"The House as Room Rental"

During the summer months, when our vacation home is not booked in its entirety, we open its doors in a cozy hostel atmosphere.

Stay in one of our single rooms or in shared rooms (double rooms & multi-bed rooms) and share the spacious kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas with other travelers. Enjoy the relaxed mountain atmosphere, meet new people, and make the most of your alpine adventures.

Breakfast options:

Cafe Bakery EZEB in Ramsau (bakery, cafe, and small regional shop) In good weather, a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away.
