The garden apartment Malea is located in the midst of the Zillertal mountain world in the idyllic town of Schlitters.

In a quiet location on the outskirts, our house is directly on the bike path and hiking trail.

The apartment is on the ground floor, accommodates up to 4 people, and is therefore ideal for vacations with family or friends in the Zillertal. The amenities: two double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a spacious living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a terrace, and a garden

In winter, the ski areas Spieljoch in Fügen, Hochfügen am Fügenberg, and Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach are the hotspots for skiing in the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region. The Spieljochbahn can be reached from the accommodation in 8 minutes by car, Hochzillertal is 15 minutes away by car, and Hochfügen can be reached in 30 minutes. Those using a ski depot can conveniently reach the slopes without a car using the free ski bus from the stop located 500m away in the center. Extensive winter walks through the meadows and along the Ziller are also available in Schlitters.

The natural swimming lake Schlitters is located near the apartment in summer and provides the necessary cooling on hot days. From the train station, which is 450m away, you can start your exploration of the Zillertal mountain summer completely stress-free without a car. Spieljoch also offers attractions for young and old in summer, such as the crystal park, the fastest-to-reach peak of the Zillertal, or the extensive network of hiking trails. Our house is the ideal starting point for extensive bike tours and walks, as the bike and hiking trail is right at the front door.
