Fischzucht Moser
Description
The Sustainable Fish Farming Operation with Dining & Stock Fish in Aschau in the Zillertal - Tyrol
Welcome to the website of our sustainable fish farming operation in Aschau in the Zillertal. We, the Brindlinger family, converted our cow barn into a fish farm in 2015 and have since been breeding over 10 different species of fish, refining them into top-quality products.
The fish are raised in a large pond and five additional tanks; once they are mature, they are slaughtered on the farm and processed fresh. If needed, the fish are also smoked.
We are always proud to see what our little fish have become after 2-3 years and are looking forward to raising the next generation!
