Our vacation apartments are located in Kaltenbach in the beautiful Zillertal and offer you the ideal starting point to explore the area, no matter the season. The Hochzillertal ski area is only a 10-minute walk (800m) from the accommodation. In summer and winter, you can explore the area on foot along one of the many hiking trails or ride along the Zillertal bike path that runs right past the house. A public swimming pool is 1.5km away and can be reached in a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. You can also find swimming lakes in the vicinity. In bad weather, we recommend a visit to the Erlebnistherme Zillertal spa in Fügen, which is 5 km away and accessible in a 6-minute drive. Thanks to the central location of our house near the town center, two banks, a hairdresser, and several restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes' walk. In winter, the in-house pizzeria located on the ground floor is also open. The train station is only 250m away and can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring building, and another one is a 7-minute walk (550m) away. A parking space for your car is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

A depot for your ski equipment is rented at SPORT STOCK at the valley station of the Hochzillertal cable cars. You will receive the voucher for this directly from us during check-in.
