The Spieljoch ski area in Fügen (8.2 km) and Hochfügen (19.7 km) perfectly complement the offer. The ski bus stop is located only about 150 meters from the accommodation – so you can get to the slopes comfortably and without a car.

In summer, the apartment "Silvia" is the ideal starting point for active days in nature. Varied hikes and bike tours through the Zillertal start right at your doorstep. The central location also makes the accommodation an excellent base for excursions in the Zillertal. For a refreshing cooldown, the outdoor pool Stumm is just 1.6 km away.
