Restaurants, grocery stores, dentist, doctor, and pharmacy are within a few minutes' walk. The mini-golf course, outdoor swimming pool, and ski bus and local bus stops are also in the immediate vicinity.

In the midst of the idyllic town center of Stumm lies our holiday apartment Kunigunde – your cozy home for a relaxing time in the Zillertal. The apartment is simply but lovingly furnished and offers space for up to 6 people – ideal for a holiday with family or friends. You can look forward to two double rooms and a twin room, a bathroom with shower/WC, as well as a fully equipped eat-in kitchen – perfect for cooking together and cozy evenings. The balcony invites you to breathe in the fresh mountain air and let your gaze wander. WLAN and the parking space in front of the house are included in the price.

Winter experiences In winter, the nearest ski bus stop is only about 100 meters away at the Stumm pavilion. From there, it's easy to reach the top ski area Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach, which is connected by a lift to the Hochfügen ski area. The Spieljoch, which is particularly family-friendly, is also just a 15-minute drive away. The Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen invites you to relax, which can be reached directly by the public bus of the Zillertalbahn. This bus stop is also at the pavilion (about 100m).

Summer activities In summer, you can jump into the cool water at the Badewelt Stumm, just 500 meters away, or take numerous hiking trails starting from Stumm and Stummerberg or throughout the entire Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region. The Hochzillertal hiking area can be conveniently reached from Stumm with the paid hiking bus to the Zillertaler Höhenstraße, and with the guest card of the region, the hiking bus to Hochfügen is free for you starting from Fügen – perfect for excursions to the Almtal Hochfügen.
