Welcome to the Holiday Home at Grandpa's, a special place of well-being in traditional Zillertal style, where shared time, relaxation, and beautiful vacation moments feel at home. Spread over three floors, this lovingly designed house offers plenty of space for up to 9 people and combines generous comfort with an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home.

Four cozy bedrooms with premium mattresses and allergy-friendly bedding ensure restful nights and quiet hours. Two comfortable bathrooms with a shower and WC, one of which also includes a bathtub, ensure that even larger families or groups of friends can enjoy their vacation in complete relaxation.

In the heart of the house, the cozy pine room, the warm living room, and the well-equipped kitchen invite you to come together, laugh, enjoy, and create unforgettable memories. For small and large guests, there are many retreats and open spaces: a playroom, a youth room, a ski storage room, as well as a training room with an infrared cabin make the house a place where everyone finds their favorite spot.

The magic of this house is particularly palpable in the garden: 455 m² for private use, fruit trees, berry bushes, and behind the house, a small stream babbles quietly. Here, the day begins with fresh mountain air and ends with the feeling of being in just the right place.

Despite its quiet location in a cul-de-sac, the holiday home is wonderfully centrally located. Supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, and ATMs are just around the corner. You can reach the nearest ski area in just 5 minutes by car, and the bus stop is only 180 meters away. Hiking and biking trails start right at the doorstep, leading into nature and towards vacation happiness.
