A deposit of 20% of the package price is required upon booking. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. We kindly ask you to transfer the hotel bill in advance to our bank account. Within the EU, you can make transfers without fees. Of course, the deposit paid will be deducted from the hotel bill. We do not accept credit cards for the payment of the remaining balance. Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer or in cash at check-in. We ask for your understanding that we are a non-smoking establishment and pets are not allowed. Check-in: 16:00 – 20:00: Check-in and key collection is only possible at our partner establishment, Hotel "Das Kaltenbach", Reisrachweg 18, 6272 Kaltenbach. Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure the cancellation conditions are: up to 31 days we charge €100 of the booked stay (the remaining deposit will be refunded). from 30 to 15 days before arrival, 70% of the package price is charged from 4 to 14 days before arrival, 90% of the package price is charged from 0 to 3 days before arrival, 100% of the package price is charged The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in full or in part.
