Holiday home with 5 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, 1 quadruple room - 3 of these rooms have access to the balcony), all bedrooms equipped with satellite TV (4 of them with a washbasin in the room); 1 x bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC on the ground floor; on the upper floor 1 x bathroom with shower and separate WC; kitchen on the ground floor fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, electric stove with oven and 4 hotplates, as well as dining and sitting area for all guests; living room with sofa and corner bench on the ground floor with large terrace and garden; ski room; washing machine and ironing station in the basement.

During your summer holiday with family or friends, you can strengthen yourself for the upcoming hiking tour at the breakfast buffet in the neighboring Binder house for an additional fee. Enjoy the quiet moments on the large terrace overlooking the Hamberg or in the adjacent spacious living room. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need for a holiday with a larger group.

A trip along the Zillertal High Road is a must during your summer holiday in the Zillertal. The ascent passes right by the Saghäusl. You will be rewarded at over 2,000 meters altitude with a view over the entire Zillertal. If you're on holiday with children, the high ropes course in Kaltenbach, only 5 minutes away, provides action. You can find car-free fun at the idyllic forest playground in Ried, which you can reach in just a 5-minute walk.

During your winter holiday at the Saghäusl in the Zillertal, the stop for the free ski bus is just 80 meters from the house. Reach the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area in just a few minutes - without traffic jams or parking problems. Your ski equipment can be comfortably stored in the ski and ski boot drying room.
