Welcome to our holiday apartment Aussichtsplatzl in Aschau in the Zillertal

At the top of the mountain, where the air is clear and the view stretches wide over the valley, lies our holiday apartment Aussichtsplatzl at 956 meters above sea level. It is located in my parents' house, which was once built by my grandfather and lovingly renovated by us. The holiday apartment Aussichtsplatzl features a regional taxi station above the house, from which you can comfortably and quickly reach the town center of Aschau and then connect to the ski areas Hochzillertal or Zillertal Arena.

The heart of the apartment is the traditional farmer’s parlour – a place to feel good, gather, and enjoy, whether with family or friends. Here, you can still experience the true Zillertal coziness.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. With the breathtaking view, every meal becomes a moment of enjoyment.

After a long day of skiing, a snow hike, or summer excursions into our beautiful mountain world, three cozy bedrooms await you – perfect for relaxing and recharging. A newly renovated bathroom and a separate WC provide additional comfort.

A true highlight is the balcony with a panoramic view over the entire valley and the majestic mountain landscape. In winter, the holiday apartment Aussichtsplatzl shines with its unbeatable proximity to the slopes. You can ski directly from your holiday apartment to the valley descent in the Hochzillertal – Hochfügen ski area and return in the evening. The Zillertal Arena is also just a 10-minute drive away.

In summer, your holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes or mountain biking, thanks to its proximity to the Zillertal High Road. A day full of fun with your family awaits you at the leisure park Aufenfeld or the swimming world in Stumm, both of which can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. A special highlight for adults and children is the summer toboggan run Arena Coaster in Zell am Ziller. One village further, you can experience a high ropes course. If you want to catch your own food, the Bochra Lake in Stumm, with its beautiful setting, cozy playground, and small restaurant, invites you to go fishing.
