Enjoy relaxing vacation days in our newly built apartment on Stummerberg and experience the Zillertal from its particularly quiet side. The house was built in 2024, the apartment was completed in autumn 2026, and it offers space for up to 5 people. Thanks to the idyllic location on a little-used dead-end street, you can enjoy a lot of peace and privacy here. The nearest neighbor is about 50 m away, and a cozy rented farmhouse is located about 20 m downhill.

A special highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view of the Hochzillertal ski area – the perfect place to enjoy the impressive Zillertal mountain landscape. The access road and the entrance to the apartment are on the ground floor. A parking space is available directly at the house.

The town center of Stumm with shopping opportunities and dining options can be reached within about 4 km. Kaltenbach train station is approximately 5.6 km away, and the nearest public bus stop is about 2.7 km away.

In summer, our apartment is an ideal starting point for active days in the vacation region of Fügen-Kaltenbach. Hikes and mountain biking tours can be started directly from the accommodation. Explore the surrounding mountain world, enjoy the tranquility at Stummerberg, or discover the numerous sights and leisure activities throughout the Zillertal on varied excursions.

In winter, the apartment also provides an excellent starting point for your ski vacation in the Zillertal. You can reach the Hochzillertal ski area in about 6 km. The Spieljoch ski area in Fügen is around 13 km away, and the Hochfügen ski area is about 26 km distant. The nearest ski bus stop is located approximately 2.7 km away. For those seeking relaxation after an active day on the slopes, the Thermen Zillertal in Fügen can be reached in about 13 km.
