Our location is a perfect starting point for ... skiing in winter (Spieljochbahn 3 car-min., Hochfügen 15 car-min.) ... hiking, biking and excursions in summer. The busstop of the charge-free skibus is directly nearby our house. We offer one apartment with seperate access.

After the Binder Holz company in Fügen, take the Pankrazberg junction and take the next exit at the roundabout; at the second roundabout, take the 2nd exit and turn left after approx. 300m (see signpost "Church of St. Pankraz"); drive straight on until just before the church mentioned; we are on the right-hand side of the street directly below the church of St. Pankraz.
