In the winter, the accommodation is only about 8 minutes by car from the Hochzillertal ski area in Kaltenbach, 5 minutes from the Spieljochbahn in Fügen, and around 25 minutes from Hochfügen – ideal for skiers, snowboarders, and winter enthusiasts. The Zillertal Superskipass (from 2 days) is valid in all ski areas in the region, providing limitless slope fun.

In the summer, the vacation begins right at your doorstep: The 18-hole championship golf course is located right next to the house, and the hiking and cycling trails of the Fügen-Kaltenbach region are just a few steps away. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the Zillertal Adventure Spa, located only 2 kilometers away, with slides, wellness area, and sauna landscape, offers a welcome alternative for the whole family. The popular Zillertal High Road and the Zillertal Alps Nature Park also invite unforgettable nature experiences.
