The house comprises four comfortable apartments and a studio, providing the perfect setting for couples, families, or small groups looking to enjoy their break in the Zillertal. Available are the Apart Spieljoch for 1 to 4 persons, the Apart Zillertal for 1 to 3 persons, the Apart Sonne for 1 to 2 persons, the Apart Enzian for 1 to 2 persons, and the Studio Edelweiss for up to 2 persons. Bright rooms, a pleasant living atmosphere, and the quiet surroundings create ideal conditions for relaxing vacation days.

In winter, guests benefit from good access to several ski areas in the Zillertal. The Spieljoch ski area is reachable in about 15 minutes by car, Hochfügen in about 25 minutes, and Hochzillertal in around 35 minutes. Varied slopes, modern lift facilities, and magnificent views ensure enjoyable ski days. A special experience for families and non-skiers is the toboggan run at Spieljoch – a winter highlight full of fun and panoramic views.

In summer, Bruck am Ziller presents itself as a true sun village with particularly many hours of sunshine. The location makes the Apart Sunnseitn an ideal starting point for excursions into the Zillertal as well as into the nearby Inn Valley. Hiking and cycling trails begin practically at the doorstep, and numerous destinations such as the Erlebnisberg Spieljoch in Fügen or the Zillertal High Road above Ried and Kaltenbach are easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity, the swimming lake Schlitters invites you to swim and relax on warm days, providing a welcome refreshment with views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
