Welcome to Apart Franz-Josef! Our new and bright holiday apartments at Apart Franz-Josef in Stumm in the beautiful Zillertal invite you to enjoy lovely hours in our house. The newly built Apart Franz-Josef, completed in 2006, is located in the best spot in the center of Stumm in Zillertal and offers plenty of space for 2 to 6 people.
From the apartment, you can reach many leisure activities within a 5-minute walk that will make every vacationer's heart race: The popular mini-golf course for children, the ice rink, tennis courts, and the Badewelt Stumm with beach volleyball, playground, and swimming lake. The well-developed Zillerradweg invites the whole family to hike and go on tours with mountain bikes or E-bikes. The local bakery is right next door, and you can reach the supermarket in just 3 minutes on foot.
Our 5 large holiday apartments for 4 to 6 people feature 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and separate WC, as well as a pull-out couch and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher in the cozy living and dining area. From your terrace or balcony, you can enjoy the sun with a fantastic view of the illuminated valley run of the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area.
The holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people offers you a double bedroom, a cozy living-sleeping room, and two bathrooms with shower and separate WC. Enjoy the comfort of your own sun terrace, where you can unwind after an active day of vacation with your family.
After a day of skiing on the slopes, hiking in Zillertal, or a mountain biking tour, our sauna and relaxation area provide the perfect conditions to reflect on the day’s experiences. In the Finnish sauna and the large relaxation room, you can truly let go.
Books for book lovers or a small collection of games for the whole family perfectly complete the offerings of Apart Franz-Josef. Free Wi-Fi in every holiday apartment, as well as a ski room with a boot dryer, are also at your disposal. Even in summer, you can dry your sports equipment here after hiking. Apart Franz-Josef offers ample storage for all cycling enthusiasts' mountain bikes or E-bikes. The garage is equipped with a socket for your E-bike, so you can get back to full power the next day.
