ALPBLICK Apart

The house "Alpblick Apart," completed in 2023, is situated in an idyllic and peaceful location, above Aschau in the district of Distelberg, at an altitude of 1,100m, and offers ample space with the two holiday apartments "Alpenrose" (up to 6 persons) and "Enzian" (up to 4 persons). 

3 parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The spacious sun terraces provide a breathtaking view of the valley and the surrounding Zillertal Alps. They are perfect for relaxing after an excursion, hike, or bike ride, and invite you to enjoyable barbecues in the summer.

In winter, you can reach the nearest ski areas Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena/Zell am Ziller in just about 15 minutes by car. Depending on weather conditions, you may need snow chains in winter.

In the immediate vicinity, there are several cycling and hiking trails leading to the nearby Almgasthof "Talblick," the Kapsaunalm, Legalalm, Kreuzjochhütte, and the experience world Rosenalm, which features Fichtensee and Fichtenschloss along with numerous family attractions on the mountain for both young and old explorers.

In the valley, towards Aschau, is the adventure park Aufenfeld with a swimming lake and climbing center. The covered skate park, trampoline facility, funcourt, two beach volleyball courts, and go-kart rental are just some of the many fascinating play options.

The Jausenstation "Stuana Hütte" is reachable from the house in about 10 minutes on foot. This modern yet cozy snack bar spoils you year-round, Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., with delicacies from Zillertal. Next to it is the Herz-Jesu-Kapelle, a place to find peace, recharge, and for some, a place to live their faith.

Regional products such as eggs, fresh alpine and hay milk, yogurt, butter, bread, and much more in the highest organic quality are available directly from the farmer at the farm shop at "Krapferhof," located below the Almgasthof "Talblick." Shopping options can be found in the villages of Stumm (ADEG) and Kaltenbach (MPREIS), about 15 minutes by car down in the valley.
