Evening ticket swimming and sauna

600 m² – that’s bigger than the wingspan of a jumbo jet! That’s the size of just the indoor adventure pool at Erlebnistherme Zillertal. And it’s packed with water games, massage jets, and cozy retreat areas. There’s also the wave pool with waves up to one meter high and the heated outdoor saltwater pool with the salinity of seawater. Altogether, you get 1,000 m² of adventure spa. A constant companion throughout the entire spa: huge panoramic window fronts offering unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains opposite.

In total, there are seven saunas and steam baths in our wellness and sauna area at Erlebnistherme Zillertal. They all share the positive effects of sweating in hot cabins. Alternating between hot and cold stimulates circulation, flushes the veins, and improves blood flow to tired muscles. This relieves tension, boosts the immune system, and the sudden cool down outdoors or in the plunge pool releases hormones. Euphoric, some people simply doze off in one of the three relaxation rooms between sauna sessions. Complete relaxation!
