Description
Our wellness and sauna area at Erlebnistherme Zillertal features a total of seven saunas and steam baths. All of them share the positive effects of sweating in hot cabins. Alternating between hot and cold stimulates circulation, flushes the veins, and improves blood flow to tired muscles. This helps relieve tension, boosts the immune system, and the sudden cool down outdoors or in the plunge pool releases hormones. Euphoric, some guests simply drift off to sleep in one of the three relaxation rooms between sauna sessions. Complete relaxation!
