Forest bathing (also known as “Shinrin-Yoku”) refers to the conscious, slow experience of the forest, where one perceives nature with all senses to promote relaxation and health well-being.

Description

Enhance your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises. All activities are led by a professional Active Wellness trainer and are suitable for everyone. The Active Wellness program is available free of charge to all guests from Zell-Gerlos from June 22 to September 18, 2026, upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card).

**3:00 PM: Forest Bathing **Forest bathing (jap. Shinrin-yoku) is the conscious, mindful immersion in the atmosphere of the forest with all senses. It promotes deceleration, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones, and enhances and strengthens the immune system as well as overall well-being.
