Withdraw from Contract

Use this form to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving any reason.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Tourist services (e.g. accommodation, ski passes, lift tickets, package tours)

• Contracts that have already been fully or partially performed

The right of withdrawal applies, for example, to:

• Gift vouchers

• Digital content and subscriptions

• Goods you have not yet received

How it works:

• Fill in the required fields (buyer's first and last name, email address, order number, description of items)

• Click "Confirm Cancellation"

• You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received

We will review your request and contact you to arrange the return shipment, if applicable.
